I have been to Ilene’s Laughing Yoga classes in person and virtually. Laughing Yoga completely changed my entire day and my energy. I can tend to have bad social anxiety and after the class I was completely relaxed and happy! It balanced out my nervous system. 

 As for the virtual class, I was a bit skeptical. I wasn’t sure I would get the same effect over a computer. I found that the virtual class had a BIGGER impact on me than the in person class.  Laughing Yoga gave me energy I have never had before and the joy to get to work. It also made me feel more flexible to changing up my routine. Laughing Yoga shook up my morning without even having to leave the house! Ilene’s approach is so enjoyable. She easily brings out your “little kid.”  She’s also capable of holding great space in case anyone has a release of emotions they might not quite be expecting. Ilene is a safe place to be silly which makes Laughing Yoga that much more enjoyable!
