JAVA FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
1 shot dark espresso
3 1/2 ounces Fever-Tree Tonic, chilled
Dash of Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
3 drops dōTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
PREPARATION
Add tonic water to a lowball glass - or any short glass
Add the bitters and Wild Orange Essential Oil, lightly stir.
Prepare a shot of espresso.
Gently pour the espresso over the back of a spoon into the glass so that the espresso floats on top of the tonic water and serve immediately. This may take a few takes, but it’s totally worth the effort.
